Warm timber and paper lanterns set the tone for Nomu, an izakaya whose dining room centers on a timber booth beneath a tiled canopy. Slatted screens divide the tables, painted masks and banners line the walls, and a long bar glows before a wall of bottles and backlit grid panels. Outside, lantern-filled frames and timber-clad piers carry the look to the street.
